There are two barbecues in the garden available to guests at no charge, and also a common gazebo with a 12-seat table.
Laundry
A room with a washing machine, draying rack, and ironing board is available to each guest once a week at no extra charge. A large draying rack is present in the garden.
Parking
Each apartment has a parking space in the garage; additional parking is outside.
Playground
Kids can play outdoor games; there is also a room where they can find toys and board games.
Table tennis
The table tennis are in a room equipped with night lighting, along with table football.

The bowling alley is equipped with night lighting.
